Curracloe Holiday Villas/Curracloe Camping
is committed to the enjoyment and comfort of all of our patrons. We would ask that you take care to consider other users and to follow the basic principles of consideration durng your stay. Should you find that something you need is missing from the house, or any other queries or observations, please bring it to the attention of management or the maintenance staff as soon as you discover it and we will be happy to attend to it.
Linen and Towels
Whilst we provide bedlinen, patrons are asked to provide their own towels/teatowels.
Your booking will be confirmed by e-mail. Please Note: The booking is not secured until the booking deposit is received.
In keeping with self catering current practice, Electricity is extra to the price quoted .
Booking deposits are refundable provided we are notified by e-mail or in writing 40 days prior to the arrival date.
During the Peak Season of July/August, Curracloe Holiday Villas – only weekly bookings are available. The two bed houses run from Saturday to Saturday and the three bed houses run from Sunday to Sunday. Booking in time is after 4pm and houses must be vacated by 10.30am sharp on the day of departure.
Off-peak we do take short bookings, minimum 2 nights. The best value to be had is by full week bookings as overheads are the same (Cleaning, laundering etc) whether you stay for 2 days or 7, so this should be borne in mind when planning your stay.
Restaurant / Takeaway
Our Da Paulo Restaurant/Takeaway is open during the Summer Season or phone for details of other opening times off season and during Bank Holidays .
VILLAS AND CAMPSITE
For the enjoyment of all of our customers, we ask patrons to please ensure that there is no litter left around. Recycling facilities are available onsite and these should be used as much as possible.
Patrons are asked to check the house thoroughly before departure in order that all of their belongings go home with them. We are aware that sometimes, people do forget – we will do our utmost to protect your belongings but cannot be responsible for items left behind in an unlocked house. Any items found by our cleaners will be held for 2 weeks after which they will be disposed of so if you miss anything please contact us as soon as possible. Items will be returned at the owner’s cost or may be collected. Curracloe Holiday Villas cannot be held responsible for your possessions during or after your visit.
We have a limited number of dog friendly houses and accept pets under the supervision and responsibility of the owner at any given time. Please remember that there will be children playing, people walking around, and do clean up after your dog. Please ring in with dates for advice on availability. Customers should note that the patio areas are not enclosed. Extra cleaning charges may be applied.
Right to Decline
Management reserves the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt of final payment. In addition, the company is relived of all liability should reserved accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. In such an instance, alternative arrangements will be made in similar accommodation, or a full refund will be offered. However, no refund or liability will apply to a situation where a client is requested to vacate, or leaves of their own accord, prior to the expiration of the booking.
We would request that patrons consider other guests onsite at all times. We wish everyone to enjoy their stay but use discretion when socialising at night and don’t play loud music etc. Also, early risers should be aware that others may be resting.
Children should not be allowed out around the campsite or house grounds/playground etc after 10pm and should be supervised at all times for their own safety.
Management reserves the right to terminate the contract if the behaviour or conduct of the Consumer either prior to or during a holiday is likely to endanger the safety or well being of other patrons of Curracloe Holiday Villas or Curracloe Campsite or that of the consumer himself.
